4. Customer Feedback & Complaint Handling

Complaint Handling Process:

  • Acknowledgement within 48 hours.

  • Investigation and resolution within 5–14 business days, depending on complexity.

  • Where required, products may be requested for laboratory review.

  • All complaint records are retained as part of our quality management system.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

In line with the Consumer Protection Act, customers are entitled to safe, good-quality products.

Where a product is:

  • Defective;

  • Unsafe;

  • Not fit for purpose; and

  • Not as described

Customers may request a repair, replacement, or refund within 6 months of purchase, subject to assessment.

Conditions:

  • Proof of purchase required.

  • Product must not have been misused.

  • Opened personal care products may require quality review before resolution.

  • Refunds are processed via the original method of payment where applicable.

Suave Designs complies fully with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
