Service Description
LunaSculpt Advanced Hairline Therapy is a targeted, microneedling-based treatment designed to support hairline restoration in individuals experiencing early to moderate thinning along the frontal and temporal regions. This protocol combines controlled micro-channeling with the application of clinically recognised follicular-support actives to optimise scalp conditions and encourage healthier hair growth cycles. At the core of the treatment is a precision-driven microneedling technique, performed at customised depths to stimulate the scalp while maintaining tissue integrity. This process enhances microcirculation and creates transient pathways that improve the delivery and absorption of active ingredients directly into the follicular environment. The treatment is supported by a specialised serum containing Redensyl® and Caffeine, selected for their role in supporting follicular activity and reducing factors associated with hair weakening and shedding. Redensyl® works to target the hair growth cycle at a cellular level, supporting the activation of hair follicle stem cells, while Caffeine contributes to improved scalp circulation and helps reduce the effects of follicular fatigue. In alignment with Luna Aesthetics’ barrier-first philosophy, the protocol is designed to minimise unnecessary inflammation while supporting scalp health, hydration and resilience throughout the treatment journey. Each treatment begins with a structured scalp and hairline assessment, followed by a customised treatment plan and consistent progress tracking through standardised imaging and evaluation. A guided homecare routine is provided to reinforce in-clinic results and support continuity between sessions. LunaSculpt Advanced Hairline Therapy is best approached as part of a structured treatment programme, where outcomes are progressively supported over time through consistency, controlled intervention and evidence-based care.
Cancellation Policy
1. Appointments & Bookings: All treatments are by appointment only. Walk-ins are subject to availability. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 24-48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. 3. Late Arrivals: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Arriving 15+ minutes late may result in a shortened session or the need to reschedule, depending on availability. 4. Payment & Refunds: Payments can be made via EFT, cash, or online payments. 5. Health & Safety: Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before your treatment. If you have a cold sore, active skin infection, or open wounds in the treatment area, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. 6. No-Show Policy: Clients who miss an appointment without prior notice will be required to pay in full before rebooking future treatments. Cancellation & Refund Policy: • If a client purchases a treatment plan & subsequently wishes to cancel it, they must contact us within 10 working days from the date of purchase to receive a full refund, provided no treatment has been completed or commenced. • Should the cancellation be requested later than 10, working days after the date of purchase an administrative fee/penalty of 20% of the purchase value will be deducted & the remaining balance refunded to the client. • The first treatment must be scheduled & commenced within 60 days of the purchase date. • If a client requests a cancellation later than 60 days from the date of purchase, then only 60% of the purchase price will be refunded. • Once the first treatment in a plan has been performed, the treatment plan becomes non-refundable
