Cancellation Policy
1. Appointments & Bookings: All treatments are by appointment only. Walk-ins are subject to availability. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 24-48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. 3. Late Arrivals: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Arriving 15+ minutes late may result in a shortened session or the need to reschedule, depending on availability. 4. Payment & Refunds: Payments can be made via EFT, cash, or online payments. 5. Health & Safety: Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities before your treatment. If you have a cold sore, active skin infection, or open wounds in the treatment area, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. 6. No-Show Policy: Clients who miss an appointment without prior notice will be required to pay in full before rebooking future treatments. Cancellation & Refund Policy: • If a client purchases a treatment plan & subsequently wishes to cancel it, they must contact us within 10 working days from the date of purchase to receive a full refund, provided no treatment has been completed or commenced. • Should the cancellation be requested later than 10, working days after the date of purchase an administrative fee/penalty of 20% of the purchase value will be deducted & the remaining balance refunded to the client. • The first treatment must be scheduled & commenced within 60 days of the purchase date. • If a client requests a cancellation later than 60 days from the date of purchase, then only 60% of the purchase price will be refunded. • Once the first treatment in a plan has been performed, the treatment plan becomes non-refundable
